The URC Church Leadership Programme aims to refresh experienced lay and ordained leaders helping them to develop external skills from their core sense of being.  Previous participants have said that it has helped them to regain their confidence, better understand their leadership context and become more self-aware.  The programme gives time and space for reflection and accompanied learning, whilst also giving participants the opportunity to work on a personal development project which aims to put some of the CLP learning into practice.

Each CLP year runs from September to June, with a mixture of in-person and online learning.
